As soon as the customs release order is obtained, we initiate transportation arrangements immediately.
We select the appropriate vehicle type and capacity based on cargo weight, dimensions, and destination.
Driver is briefed on the route, delivery address, cargo sensitivity, and required checkpost documentation.
Cargo loading is supervised for correct placement, load distribution, and seal application before departure.
Vehicle is tracked en route. Any checkpost or transit issues are handled promptly by our coordination team.
Upon arrival, delivery receipt (LR/POD) is obtained and filed. Client is notified immediately.
